Yes. We have Public and Employees liability Insurance.

No. Although we require 2 weeks notice. We can also clean extra things like oven or fridge while you are away.

No. You can cancel even an evening before and we will not charge you.

We cover: Thame, Long Crendon, Haddenham, Princes Risborough, Chinnor with surrounding villages.

For commercial cleanings we cover 2 counties: Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

We can clean your carpets, oven, windows or even a car. We are fully trained to help you with all of the above.

You are only required to provide two weeks notice if you wish to cancel our service, however if you have a problem at all please don’t hesitate to call us on 07584028953 to discuss. We are always happy to be flexible to your needs.

Yes. We work in 2’s so you will always have the same people or at least 1 of them will always come.

If you are not completely happy with our service, then please tell us within 24 hours in order that we may remedy the situation. You can email or text us with pictures. We guarantee the quality of our cleaning and will return or add on extra time next visit if necessary at no charge. 

We have a regular cleaning checklist that we follow and  personalised notes for each customer. We also do spot checks to make sure that our cleaning professionals follow their training.

We really hope you do love your cleaner, however we love her too! We are sure you will understand that during the provision of your Cleaning with a smile service and for a period of 12 months after any cancellation, you may not employ any staff that are or have been contracted to us. Cleaning with a smile reserves the right to claim any damages, loss of earnings, recruitment costs, training costs and any court costs where appropriate, subject to a minimum of £500.
